We offer flexible delivery options designed to meet your unique needs. Enjoy the freedom to select your preferred delivery date and method, ensuring your products arrive exactly when and how you want them.

You can now choose your preferred delivery date up to 2 weeks in advance:
● Our delivery method is SF Express.
● The product takes five to seven working days to arrive.
● SF Express deliveries are taking place daily from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
Pickup Option
● Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association: pickup in the center (10am - 5pm on weekdays) available for orders placed before 2 business days.
Note: We apologize, but we are not currently able to offer Sunday, Public Holiday and International delivery.

14 Days Returns
We believe in what we sell, so we always stand behind our products. Because we have searched high and low to find the best quality products at the best available prices, we are very excited to be given the opportunity to share our finds with you. If you encounter any issues with your products, such as receiving wrong or defective items, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Team at +852 31881736.
Returns Policy
● Customers can return their purchases under our 14-day return policy.
● All return shipping costs are borne by the customer and must be made within 14 days of the delivery date, except in the case of damaged goods or wrong items shipped. Or they can return the items in person at our center.
● We cannot accept returns of goods that are found to be incomplete, damaged, with broken seals or in non-resalable condition.
● All returns/exchanges of damaged or wrong goods must be initiated within 14 days of purchase for a free refund or exchange, including return transit time to our Kwun Tong center.
● Please provide your invoice number, product name/barcode, and reasons for return/exchange.
● Returned/exchanged products must be unused, unopened, in good & resalable condition and in their original packaging for a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
● Clearance/on-sale/discount items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
● Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and non-refundable.
● In case of a dispute, Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association's decision shall be final.
● Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse
transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.
● To expedite the process, please send pictures/photos of the issue prior to contacting us. Reach out to us (+852 31881736), and we'll guide you through the process.

If your package arrives at the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association.
