Delivery Time
Generally, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days following the order placement date, unless otherwise notified by the Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association. 

Payment
Payment for all subscription orders is to be made exclusively via credit card. Your card will be billed on the order placement date. Orders below HK$400 will incur a delivery fee of HK$60, consistent with all Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association orders.

Modification and Cancellation
Should you like to modify or cancel your order, please notify the association as soon as possible (Please call: 31881736). Once the orders have been shipped, please refer to the returns policy. Please reach out to us if this is necessary.

Out of Stock or Fluctuating Supply
If any of your chosen products are out of stock or experiencing supply fluctuations at the time of your order, we will inform you and suggest viable alternatives. You have the option to pause or modify your order in such cases. If no changes are made, we will proceed with your order and mark the item(s) as back ordered until restocking occurs.

Pricing
Please be advised that price alterations may occur in response to supplier cost increases. Rest assured, your preferred products will continue to be offered at a discounted rate, relative to the most recent prices listed on Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association at the time each order is processed.
